Halle turned 8 in October! I know...way late posting but that is what happens when being pregnant and trying to move. But like I have said in other posts, I need to post events in order...so I thought I would try to catch up today.
So I wanted to make a cake for Halle and Aunt Keri suggested this fun cake pan that creates a heart in the middle of the cake when you fill it with whip cream. So I did this...but apparently I did not wait for the cake to cool...so the cake started to fall apart! We had to hurry and have the party before the cake fell apart even more. You can see in this pic that the cake is leaning a bit! I tried! Halle wanted sprinkles and so we added sprinkles...a lot of sprinkles!

Present from the Yeaman crew! Well that is the party! Last year we had a big party with friends and I thought, I can only do that every other year and so that is what we did...this year was with family...next year with friends!! But we had fun and Halle received some nice gifts and a beautiful cake from her mommy!
